Cancellation fees:
till 90 calendar days before the beginning of the rental 50 %
till 60 calendar days before the beginning of the rental 75 %
till 30 calendar days before the beginning of the rental 100 %

Waste - All waste / rubbish / trash must be removed by the tenant. Big waste containers can be found along
many major and minor roads.
Animals - If you want to bring along an animal, you must inform us in advance. No other animals than the ones
announced may be taken into the house. Feeding abandoned animals should also be refrained from.
Pool - It goes without saying that you should be careful with glasses around the pool. Glass splinters in the pool
are hardly visible and may cause injuries. It is also strictly prohibited to urinate into the pool. Harmful substances
(red eyes, itching) develop when urea combine with chlorine. Pool season Mai to October.
Gas - In most cases, gas stoves and/or gas ovens are to be found in the properties. If used correctly, gas is not
necessary dangerous. If you have doubts or problems, please contact Ibiza Haus immediately.
Fire / BBQ - Because of general fire risk public fire and BBQ are legally forbidden. When using BBQ / Grill is
expressly only to use gas or charcoal and only at your own risk.
Music - Noise may be caused by tenants or their visitors could harm neighbours. Local Authorities asking big
fines from 0000 till 0900. (3000 Euro) External sound systems & PA systems only with written permission. We
reserve the right to remove unauthorized sound systems & PA systems.
Smoking - Out of consideration for other guests we ask you not to smoke inside the villa.
Exterior - Please if you are not at home close all sun umbrellas (wind). Protect the Mattresses and pillows of the
sun beds with a towel store at night save from the humidity.
Water - Please be always aware of water shortage of the island.
Drone - Flying drones is illegal in Ibiza. High fines up to 300,000 euros and prison possible
